Our lidar scans can identify individual photons from objects during the day or night. Within a perceived depth of field of 76 meters, its adaptive indoor/outdoor light resistance is up to 100 Klux in sunlight, which is very accurate. The Dolphin D5 Lite maintains good depth of field sharpness and a very low probability of false positives even under extreme interference in bright sunlight.

 

 

Dolphin D5 Lite reduces the laser power it uses in distance measurement, effectively making it safer for the human eye. In fact, our 3D-LiDAR is designed to adhere to the most reliable eye safety standards, with a rating of I @ C6 = 1. Dolphin D5 Lite uses a single laser energy, ranging is only 0.76uJ, and the average power of scanning imaging is less than 0.2mW. This is much lower than the laser power used by handheld barcode scanners (about 0.5mW) or laser pointers and building distance meters (using nearly 1.0mW).
